Brian G. Donovan

Age 63 of Joliet, Illinois passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 11, 2023.

Born June 2, 1959 in Blue Island, Illinois, Brian was a son of Thomas and Mary Ann Donovan. He was raised and educated in Oak Lawn and worked for the Acorn Corrugated Paper Company for many years. Brian enjoyed horseshoes and other recreational activities, and will be remembered for being a kind soul.

Survivors include nine brothers and sisters: Terese Ann (Barry) Bernier, Irene (Patrick) Cavanaugh, Joseph Donovan, Maureen Laslie, Kevin (Cindy) Donovan, Sharon (Kenneth) Johnson, Kathleen (Eddie) Vargas, Colleen (Richard) Grabenhoffer, Darren (Jennifer) Donovan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers and sisters: Leonard Donovan, Raymond Donovan, Mary Kay Smith, and Donna Maddix.

Cremation rites have been accorded and Brian will be laid to rest at Saint Mary Catholic Cemetery in Evergreen Park with his parents and siblings, Donna and Leonard.
