CAROLYN J. SMITH

Age 59 of Worth, passed away Thursday May 26, 2006 at her home.

Born October 12, 1946 in Chicago, Carolyn was a daughter of the late Charles and Josephine (Dosch) Peterson.

Survivors include her sister Joanne (Cletus) Bullinger of Piper City, Illinois and Edward Grill of Florida.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband Theodore Smith, two sisters: Gertrude and Charlotte and two brothers: Eddie and Charles.

There are no services at the families request and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington.
