Donald L. Jensen

Age 73 of Morrison, passed away Saturday evening, August 27, 2011 at Pleasantview Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Morrison, Illinois.

Born December 25, 1937 in Aurora, Donald was a son of the late Alfred and Dorthey Jensen. He was raised and educated in Morris and worked most of his life as a farmhand in the Morris area. Don was known for his love of collecting and restoring antique tractors.

Survivors include his sister: Betty Ligons of Montgomery; one nephew: Dave (Sue) Ligons of Morrison and two great nieces: Ellie and Carly Ligons.

Don was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday August 31, 2011 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (one block East of IL Route 47) in Morris.

Graveside services will follow Thursday September 1, 2011 at 1:00pm in Evergreen Cemetery, Morris.
