Dorothy Musch

DOROTHY G. MUSCH

Age 92 of Wilmington and formerly Chicago Ridge, passed away Sunday morning January 29, 2006 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born November 25, 1913 in Chicago, Dorothy was a daughter of the late August and Margaret (DeGroot) Tobbe. Dorothy was a member of the Woman of the Moose #781 in Wilmington and she loved traveling, boating, reading and needlework.

Survivors include her daughter June Rettig of Wilmington; son Clarence (Nancy) Musch of Georgia; (7) grandchildren; (12) Great Grandchildren; (11) Great-Great Grandchildren and one sister Henrietta Colvin of Burbank, IL, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Cornelius and one brother John Tobbe.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 31, 2006 from 2:00PM until time of funeral service 7:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (2 Blocks North of Illinois Route 53) in Wilmington. Rev. Kay Collins will officiate and burial and graveside services will follow on Wednesday February 01, 2006 in Mount Hope Cemetery in Chicago.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Dorothy's name to the EMT Squad of the Wilmington Fire Department.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington.
