EARL ADAM FRITZ

Age 86 of Wilmington and formerly Fennimore, Wisconsin, passed away Friday morning October 14, 2005 at Embassy Care Center in Wilmington.

Born August 15,1919 in Woodman, Wisconsin, Earl was a son of the late Leo Paul and Margaret (Gillian) Fritz. Earl was a US Army Veteran having served in World War II. On October 23, 1945, Earl married Irene Russell in Fennimore, Wisconsin and they lived and dairy farmed in Grant County, Wisconsin until moving to Wilmington in 1999.

Survivors include his wife Irene of Wilmington, two daughters: Colleen (Rodney) Chappell of Coal City and Camilla (Timothy) Hoak of Owensboro, Kentucky. Four grandchildren: Benjamin (Kelsey) Hoak, Aaron (Erin) Hoak, and Beth and Johnathan Chappell. Three great grandchildren: Ryan, Andrew and Carter Hoak, one brother Kenneth Fritz of Ellsworth, Wisconsin and one sister-in-law Eva Fritz of Fennimore, Wisconsin.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Erma Fritz, infant sister Leora, brother Carl and sister-in-law Alice Fritz.

Visitation will be held Monday October 17, 2005 from 9:00AM until time of funeral services 11:30AM at Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Rev. Rodney Chappell and Rev. Timothy Hoak will officiate. Burial with full military honors will follow in Boscobel Cemetery in Boscobel, Wisconsin.

Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington is in charge of local arrangements.
