Gavin Ulivi

GAVIN BURKE ULIVI

Infant son of Kyle and Nicole (Perino) Ulivi, passed away Sunday June 04, 2006 at Morris Hospital.

Born June 01, 2006, Gavin is survived by his parents; one brother Kain Ulivi; maternal grandparents Lynda (Dale) Christensen and Marvin (Kris) Perino; paternal grandmother Joanne (the late Gary) Ulivi; maternal great grandmother Dorothy Welch and paternal grandparents: Frank and Irene Kratochvil, all of Coal City, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Gavin was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Gary Ulivi; maternal great grandparents: John Welch and Francis "Babe" and Dorothy Perino; paternal great grandparents: Quinto "Squint" and Gertrude Ulivi and two uncles: Craig Ulivi and David Christensen.

Visitation and video tribute will be held on Thursday June 08, 2006 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service 11:00AM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block North of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City. Dr. Thomas Logsdon from the Coal City United Methodist Church will officiate and burial will follow in Braceville-Gardner Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brian Eaton and Joel Eaton.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Gavin's memory to his family for distribution to various local charities of their choice.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Coal City.
