Passed away August 5, 2011 at the University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago.

Born July 11, 2011, Jeremiah is the infant son of Javier and Tara M. Przybylinski-Martinez of Dwight.

Survivors include his parents; one brother: Aidan Martinez; grandparents: Robert (Linda Zimmerman) Przybylinski of Chicago, Eileen (Walter) Drabik of Plainfield, Jose S. (Aurora) Martinez of Aguascalientes, Mexico and Celia C. (Eddie) Taylor of Carol Stream, as well as numerous aunt, uncles and cousins.

A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Evergreen Cemetery in Morris. A Memorial Talk will follow Wednesday evening at 7:00PM in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 3020 North Illinois Route 47 in Morris.
