John Jurak

JOHN M. JURAK

Age 85 of Wilmington and formerly Chicago, passed away Thursday July 21, 2005 at his home.

Born November 21, 1919, John was a son of the late Frank and Hermina (Bayer) Jurak. He worked for Interstate Freight Co., as well as owned and operated Jurak Construction Co.

Survivors include his wife Charlotte (nee Struska). Two daughters: Madeline (Michael) Pepsnick and Michelle (Dennis) Horina, both of Michigan and one son Michael (Kathy) Jurak of South Dakota. Three grandchildren: Kristie (Jim), Patrick and Matthew and one brother Frank (Shirley) Jurak of Hickory Hills, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday July 25, 2005 from 11:30AM until time of funeral service 12:30AM at Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington. Rev. Steve Bondi will officiate and burial with full military honors will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
