Joyce Marie Miller

Age 80 of Godley, Illinois died Monday, December 4, 2023 at Loyola University Medical Center in Proviso Township, Illinois.

Born July 31, 1943 in Joliet, Illinois, Joyce was the daughter of Clarence and Marie (Krull) Ross. She was raised and educated in Joliet and graduated from Joliet Township High School with the Class of 1962. Joyce married the late William Miller, and she worked for Wescom/Rockwell and later at several area banks as a bank teller. She was a social person that liked being out and about with her friends, and she enjoyed playing computer games, especially Pogo. Joyce was a dedicated mother and grandmother, as well as a proud pet owner who loved her cats.

Survivors include her daughters, Shelly and Hope, and her five grandchildren.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Marie, her husband, William, and her two brothers: Donald and Herbert Ross.

Per her wishes, cremation rites are being accorded.
