Judith M. Sizemore

Age 82 and formerly of Bridgeview, Chicago and Crest Hill, Illinois, passed away Monday evening, July 16, 2024 at Aperion Care of Wilmington.

Born December 23, 1941 in Chicago, Judith Marie was the daughter of Stanley and Bernice (Ostrowski) Borucki. She was raised and educated in Chicago, and went on to marry Silas Sizemore, who preceded her in death.

Judith dedicated 30 years of her life as a credit analyst for ITT Diversify, where her diligence and commitment were widely recognized. Beyond her professional life, Judith found joy in simple pleasures; she was an avid reader and took delight in solving jigsaw and crossword puzzles.

Survivors include her two children: Larry (April) Smrz of Essex, Illinois and Terry Condra of Crest Hill, Illinois; seven grandchildren: Larry (Corri) Smrz, Richard (Katie) Smrz, Kristal Smrz, Joel (Alex) Condra, Cynthia (Brian) Nash, Katie Condra and Julie (Cory) Strong, and (11) great grandchildren: Riley, Natalie, Dominic, Kira, Aleah, Knox, Silas, Declan, Rogan, Aiden and Maverick.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Silas.

The family will receive friends for a visitation at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington on Friday, July 19, 2024 starting at 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will follow on Saturday morning, July 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. 

Entombment will be in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Justice, Illinois, where Judith will be laid to rest with her late husband.
