Age 57 of Cisna Park, passed away Friday March 14, 2014 at his home.
Born April 23, 1956 in Joliet, Leo was a son of the late Leo, Sr. and Ruth E. Neeley-Bell.
Cremation rites have been accorded and inurnment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Wilmington at a later date.
