Lois played the organ and piano at Custer Park Baptist Church and sang solos at church for many funerals. She also sang for many special events at Phelan Acres Baptist Church. She was a born-again Christian and throughout her life taught Sunday School, Bible School and helped with Bible Study with many adult classes.
