MARGE ANN RAGAN

Age 82 of Morris, passed away Wednesday evening January 25, 2006 at her home.

Born June 03, 1923 in Streator, Marge was a daughter of the late Michael and Ann (Bundy) Teyshak. She was raised and educated in Streator and graduated from St. Mary's in Streator. On October 22, 1941 Marge married Michael Ragan in Streator and together they lived and farmed in Verona and moved to Morris in 1960. Marge worked as a sales clerk for Baum's in Morris for 38 years until her retirement. She was a member of the Moose in Morris and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Marge loved to dance, play cards and spend time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her children: Ron (Linda) Ragan of Morris, Jack (Dorothy) Ragan of Wilmington, Pat (Sam) Rosefsky of Morris, Bill (Laurie) Ragan of Ottawa and Jean (Andy) Sjostrom of Morris. (15) Grandchildren; (16) Great Grandchildren; one brother Joe (Kay) Teyshak of Scotsdale, Arizona and one sister-in-law Irene Teyshak of Springfield, Illinois, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents, husband Michael in 1977 and one brother John Teyshak.

Visitation and Video Tribute will be held on Friday January 27, 2006 between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 408 East Washington Street (One block East of Illinois Route 47) in Morris. Funeral services will follow on Saturday January 28th at 10:00AM in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Morris, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Rev. Richard Smith and Deacon Robert Stansberry officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Morris.

Pallbearers will be Marge's Grandsons: Michael Ragan, Daniel Ragan, Brian Ragan, Brandon Ragan, James Arellano, Robert Arellano, Richard Arellano and Marc Rosefsky.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Marge's memory to Grundy Community Hospice or The American Cancer Society.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Morris.
