Age 41, of Coal City died on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at her residence.
Born August 3, 1980 in Joliet, IL a daughter to Don and Peggy (Gallegos) Taylor. She was a former member of Riverview Missionary Baptist Church in Tennessee. Peggy loved to travel and was known for her friendliness to whoever she met. She loved spending time with her family especially attending her children's sporting events.
Survivors include her father Don Taylor of Coal City; four children: Bradley Littleton of Coal City, Leah Littleton of Joliet, and Daniel and Jada Davis of Tennessee; three sisters: Nicky Gallegos, Deanna Gallegos and Eugenia Taylor; paternal grandparents Clyde "Red" and Betty Taylor of Braidwood; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Peggy was preceded in death by her mother Peggy Taylor and grandmother Velma Southall.
Cremation rites have been accorded. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 18, 2022 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 N. Broadway, (one block north of Illinois Route 113), in Coal City.
The family wishes preferred memorials in Peggy's memory be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
