Robin L. Olson

Robin L. Olson of Morris, IL, passed away peacefully at Arcadia Care on July 11, 2024 with his family by his side.

Robin was born in Morris, IL on August 1, 1959 to Walter Olson and late Barbara (Black) Tincher. He was raised and graduated from Morris High School class of 1977. He owned and operated his own construction company for several years.

He is survived by his father Walter (Ruth Ellen) Olson of Ocala, FL: his brothers Chuck Olson of Ottawa, IL; Randy (Melinda) Olson of Coal City, IL; Brian (Tiffany) Olson of Morris, IL; brother Darren (Kyley) Olson of Missouri; sister Amy (Mike) Laird of Braceville, IL; stepbrother Larry (Donna) Tincher of Missouri; stepsisters Shiela (John) Knibbs and Tiffany (John) Morrissey.

He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
Robin is preceded in death by his mother Barbara (Black) Tincher; stepfather Billy Tincher; brother Barry Olson; and stepbrother Donald Tincher.

He was a baseball fan of any team that was playing against the Chicago Cubs! He was an avid pool player. He enjoyed fishing, gambling, and causing mischief wherever he was!

There will be no funeral services per Robin’s wishes. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
