Ronald Cirrencione, Sr

RONALD L. CIRRENCIONE, SR.

Age 59 of Wilmington and formerly Elwood, passed away Monday morning January 9, 2006 at Morris Hospital.

Born September 11, 1946 in Joliet, Ron was a son of the late Roger and Lillian (McCormick) Cirrencione. Ron worked as a maintenance engineer at US Steel and Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and formerly served as volunteer with the Elwood Firefighters. Ron was an antique car buff and collector.

Survivors include his two children: Ronald L., Jr. (Diane) Cirrencione of Braidwood and Dawn (Raymond) Panfil of Olathe, Kansas. Four grandchildren: Ashley Cirrencione, Lexi Panfil, Raymond Panfil, III and Samuel Panfil. One brother: Kenneth (Dorothy) Cirenncione of Elwood and one sister: Sharon (Fred) Larsen of Iowa.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 11, 2006 from 4:00PM until time of funeral service 7:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 219 North Joliet Street (2 Blocks North of Illinois Route 53) in Wilmington. Rev. Steve Bondi from St. Rose Catholic Church in Wilmington will officiate and cremation rites will follow.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Ron's name to a charity of the donor's choice.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Home in Wilmington.
