Age 42 of New Lenox, passed away Monday July 03, 2006 at his home with his loving family by his side.

Born April 07, 1964 in LaGrange, Illinois, Ron is a son of Sharon (Flagler-Schieve) and Ronald Delimata. He was a graduate of Lincoln-Way Community High School with the Class of 1982 and attended Arizona State University. Ron was the owner of Visions Unlimited Glazing Contractors in New Lenox and also a member of Lincoln-Way Christian Church. He was a former part owner of Royal Sporting Midwest in New Lenox and Green Acres Sportsman Club in Roberts, Illinois, where he was instrumental in creating the Sporting Clays Program and establishing the Clubhouse. Ron's other memberships include: lifetime member of National Sporting Clays Association, where he earned NSCA Classification Master Class Shooter and was inducted into the NSCA Hall of Fame in 2003; Member and past president of Illinois Sporting Clays Association (ISCA) which has established the "Ron Delimata Award" that will be an annual award given to an individual who goes above and beyond the call of duty with the ISCA. The first of the annual awards will be given on July 16, 2006 at Upland Hunt Club. Member of Quails Unlimited and Ducks Unlimited; Member of Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation; Member of Northbrook Sports Club; Lifetime member of NRA; Former member of Deer Creek Sportsman Club in Three Oaks, Michigan; Member of Glaziers Local Union #27 and New Lenox Chamber of Commerce. Ron was a Department of National Resources (DNR) instructor for hunting safety for adults and children and Snowmobile Safety. He was also a sponsor candidate for Browning Firearms. Ron was a loyal Chicago White Sox fan.

Survivors include his loving wife Kimberley (Bereza), whom he married on December 31, 1995; two sons: Brandon Delimata of Frankfort and Bryan Delimata of New Lenox; His parents: Sharon Delimata of New Lenox and Ronald Delimata of Wilmington; One sister Sheri (Damian) Fash and one brother Scott (Deanna) Delimata, both of Plainfield; Maternal grandparents: Erwin and Sally Schieve of DeBary, Florida; Three Godchildren: Ryan Fash, Donny Bucholz and Anna Breausche; Father and Mother-in-law: Douglas and Barbara Bereza of Country Club Hills; One sister-in-law Debbie (Steve) Bergeron of Lindenhurst, Illinois; two brothers-in-law: Jeff (Donna) Bereza of Bardstown, Kentucky and Tim (Shannon) Bereza of Flossmoor; Four nieces: Kellee, Stephanie, Mackenzie and Brooke; Six nephews: Dan, Ryan, Justin, Alan, Jacob and Zachary and special lifetime friends: Daren Griffin Todd Bucholz and Greg Breausche, as well as numerous other friends.

Ron was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Joseph and Eleanor Delimata.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 06, 2006 between the hours of 3:00PM and 8:00PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way (at LaGrange Road, just South of Lincoln Highway/Route 30) in Frankfort. Funeral services will follow on Friday July 07, 2006 at 10:00AM in the United Methodist Church of New Lenox, 339 West Haven, New Lenox. Pastor Jeff Robinson from Lincoln-Way Christian Church will officiate.

Burial will be in Marshall Cemetery in New Lenox and pallbearers will be: Scott Delimata, Damian Fash, Tim Bereza, Todd Bucholz, Daren Griffin and Jeff Bereza.

A memorial shoot in memory of Ron will be held on Saturday afternoon July 08, 2006 at Green Acres Sportsman Club in Roberts, Illinois after 1:00PM.

Preferred memorials in lieu of flowers may be made as gifts in Ron's memory to the Delimata Benefit Fund c/o Harris Bank, 110 West Maple, New Lenox, Illinois 60451.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Morris.
