RONALD J. KELLY

Age 65 of Goose Lake, passed away Sunday March 26, 2006 at his home.

Born September 10, 1940 in Chicago, Ron is a son of Ruth (nee Trunk) and the late Richard Kelly. He was raised and educated in Chicago and was a graduate of Tilden Tech High School with the Class of 1958. On January 08, 1966 Ron married Karen Kimberly in Gary, Indiana and he was employed by Panduit Corporation in Tinley Park for over 29 years.

Survivors include his wife Karen and one son Patrick Kelly, both of Goose Lake; his mother Ruth (Trunk) Kelly of Oak Forest, Illinois; three brothers: Richard (Ethel) Kelly of Oak Forest, Reginald (Glycine) Kelly of Crown Point, Indiana and Rex Kelly of Oak Forest. One sister Sharon (Clarence) Owen of Carlsbad, California and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several great nieces and great nephews.

Ron was preceded in death by his father Richard Kelly and one sister Glenda Kelly-McGrath.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 28, 2006 between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (1 Block North of Illinois Route 113) in Coal City. Funeral services will follow on Wednesday March 29th at 10:00AM in Assumption Catholic Church in Coal City, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated with Rev. Mike Pennock officiating. A funeral luncheon will immediately follow the funeral Mass in the Berst Center and burial will be in Saint Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Gilman where Ron's nephews will act as pallbearers.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Ron's memory to the American Cancer Society or Masses in Ron's memory.

Funeral services and arrangements are under the direction of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Coal City.
