"Rose"

Age 68 of Morris, passed away Wednesday August 2, 2006 at her home. Born February 23, 1938 in Austin, Minnesota, Rose was a daughter of the late Clyde and Dorothy (Enz) Seiler. She was raised and educated in Decorah, Iowa and was employed by Caterpillar Tractor Company in Joliet, Illinois for more than 25 years until her retirement. On July 14, 1978 Rose married Gerald Moore in Ottawa, Illinois and together they lived their entire married life in Morris. Rose was a great supporter of wildlife and she enjoyed having her grandchildren and her dog Mitze around her.

Survivors include her husband Gerald; four children: Regina (fiancAC. Greg Corway) Rolling of Dubuque, Iowa, Russ Thayer of Surprise, Arizona and Reece (Judy) Thayer and Rena (Mark) Menozi, both of Morris. (8) Grandchildren: Jonathon, Jennifer and Sara Rolling, Amanda, Katie and Matthew Thayer and Frankie and Ali Menozi. One brother Raymond (Jan) Seiler of Ridgeway, Iowa and one Goddaughter Christie (Tom) Sanford of Wilmington, Illinois, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Harry Seiler.

Visitation will be held Saturday August 5, 2006 from 9:00AM until time of Memorial Mass 10:00AM in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 516 East Jackson Street, Morris, Illinois 60450

Inurnment will immediately follow in St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Savanna, Illinois.
