THOMAS JOHN SEPPI, SR.

Age 57 of Goose Lake, passed away Monday morning September 5, 2005 in the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home in Joliet.

Born April 17, 1948 in Joliet, Tom was a son of the late Rudolph and Josephine (Dulny) Seppi. He was raised and educated in Joliet and Graduated from Joliet Central High School with the class of 1965. Tom was a veteran of the US Army and served in the Vietnam War. On September 4, 1971 Tom married Cheryl Strle in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet. Tom was employed by Munch's Supply Co. in Morris for 33 years, where he worked as a manager and he was a Sunday school teacher at Peace Chapel Assembly of God and Ambassadors for Christ. Tom was a board member with the Morris Community Credit Union and a member of the VFW Post #6049.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years Cheryl; Three children: Thomas, Jr. (Meg) Seppi of Joliet, Vanessa Baldwin of Goose Lake and Justin (Jen - FiancAC.') Seppi of Naperville. Six grandchildren: Perri, Devon, Anthony, Nathaniel, Thomas III and Brennan. One brother Rudolph (Judy) Seppi of Kenney, IL and one sister Virginia (Mo) Bennett of Coal City, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation and video tribute will be Wednesday September 07, 2005 from 6-8PM at Reeves Funeral Home in Morris. A private family burial with full military honors will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.

Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Tom's memory to the Joliet Area Community Hospice 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431-4104
