Timothy Brian Giffin

Age 55, of Custer Park, died on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at his residence.

Born February 7, 1967 in New Lenox, a son to Morris and Sandy (Sims) Giffin. Tim graduated from Lincoln Way High School with the class of 1985. He grew up in New Lenox, moved to Donovan before settling in Custer Park. Tim worked as a Crane Operator for Birmingham Steel for many years, and most recently worked as a semi-truck driver. In his earlier years Tim enjoyed boating with his family. He enjoyed social gatherings with his friends and loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his three children: T.J. (Delanie) Giffin of Braidwood, IL, Nicole (fiancé Kevin Larson) Giffin of Channahon, IL and Mitchell Giffin of Custer Park, IL; seven grandchildren: Ryker, Bennett, Maddux, Remi, Braxton, Grayson and Saige; and one brother Greg Giffin of New Lenox, IL.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Gary Giffin.

Cremation rites have been accorded per Tim’s wishes.

Preferred memorials in Tim’s memory may be made to family to help with funeral expenses.
